I do have to say that the movie's 2004 animations, which look sub-par to begin with, look even more outdated on the 4k Blu-Ray, but the rest of the movie looks very sharp and the film grain is beautiful. It does vary a bit from scene to scene (maybe they are using different cameras sometimes? I'm not sure.) but overall the 4k looks good! |

The image quality takes a dip at the end of the movie, maybe due to change of lighting, but for the absolute majority, the movie looks crisp and sharp. Its always a joy to watch an old movie which just looks absolutely stunning! Of course, being filmed on analog film, many old movies look really good and this one is no exception.
