The ratings and comments are about the picture quality, not about the content. As of 2025-01-16 (and likely years in the future), the setup is an LG 77“ G3 4K OLED evo (2023), Apple TV 4K (3rd Gen), and a Plex server with Blu-ray and UHD remuxes.

Dark scenes (night / evening / indoor) look good and show little to no noise. The image overall throughout episodes 1 and 2 have a bit high contrast and is quite blue and cold. |
